探寻新形势下的“形态构成学”发展思路

当代设计教育正朝着多元的方向发展。以"形态构成学"为专业基础的教学研究有助于推进专业建设及课程建设的进程。本文从三个方面进行阐释,试图寻求"形态构成学"新的发展思路。     

英汉同声传译过程中的典型困境及解决途径

文章按照困难程度从大到小列出了英汉同声传译过程中译员可能遭遇到的四种困境。分析出对应的四个病因分别是英语听力弱、心理不冷静、同传口译策略有误、汉语口头表达能力欠佳，并针对病因提出了解决途径。

科技企业,具有场所、项目、技术、资金等优势。依托科技企业进行生产实习和课外科技活动,有利于促进产学研结合,有利于加强学生工程实践能力的培养。

中华文明源远流长,斗转星移、浮浮沉沉的历史长河,沉淀下来的是璀璨夺目的中国传统文化。作为中国传统文化中一朵瑰丽的奇葩的古代管理思想在历经几千年的风雨之后,依然散发着灿烂的光芒。为现代管理理论的发展提供了取之不尽、用之不歇的思想源泉。中国古代管理思想中,儒家、道家和法家的思想中蕴藏着丰富的管理智慧,本文通过对儒家、道家和法家三种管理思想的分析,从古为今用的角度评析其现实意义。     

Impact of knowledge oriented leadership on knowledge management behaviour through employee work attitudes

Abstract

Despite the acknowledged importance of knowledge management (KM), many employees avoid practicing KM at the individual level. This avoidance often leads to loss of the intellectual capital due to employee turnover. Many potential behavioural remedies are still untapped in the existing literature. This study extends the construct of knowledge oriented leadership (KOL) and examines its role in predicting KM behaviour among employees of the hospitality sector, at the individual level. It also investigates the mediating effect of employee work attitudes including affective commitment, creative self-efficacy and work engagement, by using partial least square for structure equation modelling. This study finds that KOL positively affects KM behaviour, affective commitment, creative self-efficacy and employee work engagement. Work attitudes (affective commitment, creative self-efficacy, work engagement) mediate the relationship of KOL and KM behaviour. Furthermore the direct positive effect of employee affective commitment, creative self-efficacy and work engagement on KM behaviour is also significant. This study contributes to the body of knowledge by extending the construct of KOL, and by investigating the connection between KOL, work attitudes, and KM behaviour among hospitality employees, at the individual level.

对高校建构创造教育教学机制的思考

未来社会经济的发展迫切需要创造性人才支持,而高校培养高素质创造性人才的关键是实施创造教育。要从教育思想观念、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理和教学评价机制等方面的改革入手,建构适应创造教育的教学机制。     

“There is Life after Breast Cancer”: Nine Vignettes Exploring Dragon Boat Racing for Breast Cancer Survivors

The following representations are about lived experiences with dragon boat racing (DBR) for breast cancer survivors. DBR is a leisure pursuit focused on life after medical treatment for breast cancer. Previous research focused on physiological benefits of DBR and overlooked the broader health implications of this leisure pursuit. Data were collected through active interviews with twelve participants. Using creative analytic practice, the collection of stories included in this text reveal DBR experiences from a survivor's standpoint. The stories disclose changes to a sense of self, personal identity, and health and well-being. The use of short stories contributes to the dialogue of creative analytic practice within leisure studies.     

Ugly on the Diamonds: An Examination of White Privilege in Youth Baseball

This paper adopts critical race theory as a framework to expose elements of racism embedded within the seemingly “color-blind” policies of little league baseball. It attempts to uncover the hidden subtext of race in a popular children's sport in America. Inspired by interviews conducted with the African-American founders of a grassroots baseball league for neighborhood children, the story focuses on the experiences the founders encountered with little league baseball that prompted them to create “a league of their own.” Policies and practices related to player selection, travel/transportation to games, isolation of minority players, spectator behavior, and coaching/role modeling are shown to privilege white children while disadvantaging children of color.     

粘层油对沥青面层层间结合的性能研究

沥青面层在抵抗车辙变形方面,不仅同每一层的材料及级配类型有关,而且与路面结构组合有关。为了更好地研究粘层油对沥青路面抗车辙能力影响,本文通过与之相适应的试验方法,对检测后的数据进行数理分析,比选出了适合路用性能的粘层油,并对粘层油的洒布量做了具体要求,为粘层油在工程施工中的合理应用提供了科学依据。
